The property itself is absolutely beautiful with modern finishes, thoughtfully designed amenities, and a clean, upscale atmosphere throughout. The staff made the entire process smooth and stress free. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. You can really tell they care about their residents and take pride in maintaining the community. From the valet parking for guests, the concierge greeting you with water…. This apartment feels like a luxury hotel with more warmth. My leasing agent was Julie. She was so patient and allowed me to get the content I needed to share with clients. She shared pricing with me and answered questions I had in the experience here on a daily basis. I toured the 2 bedroom plan and it was so thoughtfully designed with the appliances and finishes feeling truly upscale. I loved the amenities as well and that a majority of the ones you experience are on the top floor so even if you are working or exercising, you get to view the beautiful Houston skyline. Side note, it smells so good in here! It’s like a sensory experience wherever you go from the bathrooms to the hallways to the elevators.
