I recently moved into my new apartment here and had a fantastic experience, thanks to the management team. Since I was moving from out of town and couldn’t visit in person, the process could have been very stressful, but they made it seamless. A special shoutout to the staff especially Ryan for being incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He provided consistent updates on everything and even went the extra mile by sending a detailed video tour of the units before I finalized my decision. That level of transparency and prompt communication made all the difference. The location in Midtown is unbeatable. Great amenities and easy access to the metro system and if you’re looking for a professional and helpful leasing team, I highly recommend this place.

The WORST living experience I’ve ever had. I’ll just keep it short and sweet. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, Read over your lease agreement. There are so many hidden charges and fees that won’t show up until a couple months into your billing cycle. I’ve lived in Hadley midtown for a little over year, back when it was Camden midtown. After new ownership took over, things have consistently gotten worse. The crime here is very concerning, my car has been broken into twice and there have been about 12 car break ins within the last 6 months. There is virtually no security and when I do see them, they are just parked in the garage on the phone or just observing people walk in the complex that don't live there. I remember it was something out of a horror movie, I woke up to go to work at 7am, and there were multiple tenants just standing by their cars in disbelief. 5 cars got broken into in one night, shattered glass all over the parking lot. For how much pay for rent, you would think you’d feel a little more safe. Good thing I keep the blicky on me because I seriously feel like I need it walking from my car to my apartment, and it shouldn’t have to be that way. I went to dispute some charges on my rent because I couldn’t figure out what I was being charged for. After speaking to the manager, he explained how a third party charges different fees. There was in services fee that him and I both had no idea where it came from, so he took it off. Also, you have to buy the technology packages, which is $120, I’m rarely home so that’s an expense could live without because I don’t watch TV. I re-newed my lease in December for only 6 months, the price went from $1,568 to $1,812, which is crazy, but it is what it is. I honestly can’t wait to move and and leave this headache in my past. Overall the location is good, and it’s very convenient to get anywhere on the highways since it’s centrally located. Other than that, save your money and sanity and go elsewhere.

Please please please READ YOUR LEASE people. Beware that the leasing contract is forcing you to opt in to a third party service Homebody Rent Reporting with a monthly charge. You have to opt-in to finish signing your lease, and then it is up to you to deal with opting out of this service. This is completely optional as per leasing document but you are forced to opt-in anyway. By opting in you are agreeing for this third party service company access to your personal, sensitive data. They are preying on the fact that most people do not read the lease and only start to question it when the charges are showing up in their account. Since the charges are non-refundable you are basically losing all of that money. I do not condone with leasing companies use this tactic to prey on people. This information was not disclosed to me when I toured or initially before I submitted my application. I only found out after reading through the leasing contract before i sign them. The more I researched about this practice, the more apparent it became that this is specfically targetted at those who do not read the lease. The service itself is non-sense - helping you to build your credit. That sounds good on paper but if you already have a good credit score and know how to maintain it, you do not need any service to build your score up. And once your private data on their hands, who know what they would do with them. I withdrew my application. Would rather lose the application money than condoning these types of practices.

Our grandma needed to move in short notice and Jade, Sandy, Ryan, and Darrel, were the most amazing team ever. They were so hands on. Even when she didn’t understand certain things they would help her understand or tell us and we help her. They are amazing ! Our grandma LOVES the apartment also, it’s absolutely perfect for her. Even being on an elevated floor, she’s able to park on her level and go to her unit with ease. Thanks so much everyone at Hadley ! Also, Maintenance is A1. They come asap, thank yall so much ! Have a great holiday season. In response to what was her favorite things are, anytime she puts in a maintenance request, they come as soon as possible and she has RAVED about it. She calls and talks about it all the time. We’re visiting for holidays and we love it so much for her! She’s really making it her home. Thank yall so much! And front office is always helpful with anything she may need as well! Thank you Hadley ! Have an amazing holiday season !

I was honestly a little nervous when the building transitioned from Camden to Hadley, but everything has gone super smoothly. The leasing office has been really helpful and easy to work with — everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and responsive. Maintenance has also been great and quick anytime I’ve needed something. Overall really happy living here and appreciate how the team takes care of residents.
