Barely liveable and the RA is on something

We’re that my daughter is staying there. We feel that she’s safe especially the police station is just across the street.

My daughter is at University of St. Thomas. The dorm is okay...very expensive since they require you to buy an expensive meal plan, but in Montrose.

This is a very secured living place for students. Everyone I meant welcomed me warmly with respect. My visit there was positive.

Very nice and well built in comparison to many other university residence halls, but it is specifically for students with security measures put in place to p for their safety. Not for strangers.
