Green Residential

I was leasing a home from a direct owner. She is an actual slumb lord and decided to get Green Residential to represent her property without my acknowledgment and per my lease. Now I have been receiving threatening emails and messages from a representative at Greens Residential. I paid her rent directly, they sent me balances. I have asked this land lord to fix things since I moved in the home and she refuses and continues to make excuses and prolong services being rendered. Instead of her providing the rep at Greens Residential Accurate information she refuses. I have all my documents and receipts of things I had to repair. I will not be renewing my lease and she is aware. I have seen good reviews from this company. Please don’t let slum lord ruin your reputations. I have letters from the repair people showing she refuse to pay them when they come out to make repairs. Then for the representative at Greens Residential to continue to harassment when I wasn’t even notified they were taking over.

I’ve applied for a property and I am so impressed with this company. There responses were so quick and explained everything in detail so there was no misunderstandings. There are three people that really helped and were communicative with me and my spouse. I just want to reiterate how impressed I am. There are so few companies that give such wonderful customer service and I really want to thank them for sending such quick responses. Thank you so very much for all your hard work to Arianna Lott, Sophie Poulian, And Tyler. Forgive me for not having Tyler’s last name he’s an admin assistant. I really hope these three get the recognition that they deserve for all their hard work. Arianna Lott Worked with me so much at finding a property and we’ve now applied for another one because the first one was rented. Thank you so very much. Your customer service is outstanding.

This company is extremely expensive and will charge you as an applicant even if the owner does not move forward with the lease. Be prepared as a tenant to be charged 75$ a person and 30$ a pet. They will keep the fee and you will not hear a response for weeks on a lease. Wasted our time and money applying.
