Very Unprofessional. I did an apartment tour, and the lady at the office that gave me a tour was trying to get through it very rushed. and when I asked her about the bills and fees She raised her voice at me and her arms in frustration and just said "NO I JUST TELL YOU" I asked for a brochure and she said "NO U DONT NEED I TELL YOU RN" i found it odd they did not have one that shows the floor plans and utility bills or deposit and application fee and all that. Very common practice for apartments to have and go over with you regarding pricing. I went to the front to ask the other employee that understood more english, and he said just to go online. Also, My friend that works in construction came with me and he said he saw mold and old material that wouldn't hold and that there was a leak in the unit we visited.

Extremely Disappointed with Management and Maintenance I’ve been living in this gated community for a while now, and while I originally chose it for the security and appearance, the experience has become incredibly frustrating due to how poorly maintenance issues are handled. I've reached out multiple times via email and phone regarding a leaking ceiling and broken window in one of the bedrooms — serious issues that affect both comfort and safety. No one responded to my emails. After what felt like a hundred calls, I finally got someone on the phone, only to be met with rudeness and excuses. The woman I spoke to said she was “on vacation” and couldn’t send anyone because it was unsafe for them to fix the leak — as if it’s acceptable to leave a tenant with a damaged, leaking roof because of staff scheduling issues. These are supposed to be trained professionals, not random handymen. If they can't handle basic repairs, why are they responsible for property maintenance at all? Even more frustrating, after telling her it was urgent, she still pushed it off. So I physically went to the front office, only to see her sitting right there. Instead of taking responsibility, she passed me off to another worker. He at least tried to help, but told me the soonest they could come was the next day — because, apparently, their maintenance person wasn't even responding. The leak continues even when it’s not raining, which shows how bad the damage is. Waiting another day (or more) to fix something like this is not acceptable and it is not the first time that they don’t respond in a timely manner, it is reoccurring. This is not what I expected when I moved into what’s supposed to be a well-managed, secure community. At this point, I'm questioning what I’m paying for. It’s disappointing, stressful, and unacceptable.

I wish I could rate this complex a 0. They will tow your vehicle even if you have a parking sticker. There's no security, my vehicle was broken into and nothing happens. It's trash and cats everywhere. The Management is very unprofessional and nothing gets fixed around there..

1. Sharpstown golf course next to this property mow lawn almost everyday from 4-7a.m, waking you up in early morning. 2. residents have dogs barking from midnight to early morning 3. parking space is limited and management make it worse by marking some parking space as "No parking, Tow away zone", "Parking in front of house reserved for house owner only." 4. residents left Dog poop on your lawn and garage driveway, making your shoe smell bad whole day if you step on it.

I live here and if it weren't for the convenience and how cheap this place is I would move out IMMEDIATELY. The management has allowed tow trucks to come through and tow cars randomly in the middle of the night, if you're wondering, this place is gated, but residents are not protected from getting towed. Families with more than on car are ,for lack thereof better words, screwed, because the management here decided to paint most of the street parking curbs with "no parking" in bright red, and because they give the gate coDe to the tow drivers, now the tow drivers have every right to take as many cars as they wish. And don't bother even reaching out to the management office. You go to the office and the receptionists that work there say they know nothing about the situation, and hand you a card to call their manager, when you call their manager, what they told me is... "Ma'am. That's not my problem. Get a lawyer if it makes you happy, but it's legal in Texas to let tow trucks go in to gated communities to tow cars." Also some thing that I learned through this unhelpful management company, even if you weren't parked anywhere that you shouldn't, but you have an expired sticker, the tow truck can tow from your own property. Isn't that comforting!?
