I was so sad to leave! I would’ve stayed longer if I could but the one year I had here was truly amazing. This apartment has been my favorite place to live hands down — so grateful for the peace and calm it has brought into my life. The property itself is a hidden little gem tucked away in a cozy, quiet and peaceful area near the medical and museum district. Teressa and Rafael are understanding, professional, friendly and just the most genuine human beings you can meet. Absolutely stellar communication and care for the property and their residents. Thank you for making it a beautiful home.

I’m so sad to leave after three amazing years! This place has been such a quiet, peaceful sanctuary for me right in the Medical Center. A HUGE thank you to Teresa and Rafael for being so kind and incredibly quick to help whenever I needed anything. I truly never had a single problem during my stay. 10/10!!!

I don’t typically write reviews, but my experience here was exceptional and truly worth sharing. From the beginning, Teresa and Rafael were incredibly helpful and kind. As a first-time renter, I had no idea what to expect or what was required. Teresa was extremely patient and took the time to walk me through every step of the process. I had heard stories about apartment complexes taking advantage of tenants, but that couldn’t be further from the truth here. Teresa and Rafael were honest, transparent, and consistently demonstrated integrity throughout my time as a resident. Moving in was seamless, and the apartment was spotless upon arrival. Routine pest control was conducted regularly, and I never encountered any issues in that regard. The complex itself is quiet and peaceful—something that was very important to me as someone who works overnight shifts. During my lease, I experienced two minor maintenance issues: the refrigerator stopped working, and the toilet developed a leak at the base. Both were resolved promptly—within the hour—which really impressed me. What truly stood out, though, was the level of personal care from management. One evening, after hours (around 9 p.m.), I had an issue with my gate key not working. I texted Teresa expecting a response the next day, but she showed up in person within the hour to replace the key. That level of responsiveness and dedication is rare. My experience living here was genuinely outstanding. If it weren’t for the distance from my school, I would have stayed much longer. The management team consistently went above and beyond to support residents, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want easy access to the med center this is definitely your apartment.
