Gardens at Bissonnet Apartments

If I could give it a zero star, I would. They do not take care of the property. There are always peaple hanging out on the steps, who do not even live here all hours of the night leaving beer cans all over the place and making loud noises. And there are no attempts of preventing this. This is one of the dirtiest properties in houston. The peaple living here and running the property have no respect for anyone or anything. The laundry room has dirty, barely working equipment and should be free for the conditions. I would not recommend anyone to lease here! Ever wonder why they have a referral a friend promotion? Only drunks live here.

Best apartment complex to live in on Bissonnet and Fondron. Quiet, clean, and remodeled.
