Gables Post Oak

Just moved into the Gables Post Oak and I’m so excited to start my time here. Julio Hernandez helped me from tour to making sure he kept the loading dock open for me. Truly, over and beyond with his customer service. He and Gily Navarro made my move in process seamless! Beautiful apartment, and amazing view. Can’t wait to take in all the amenities and ease of travel to everywhere in River oaks and uptown. Timely Maintenance as I put in a request and Gabriel was at my door on the same day and took care of my request in minutes.

My experience with the leasing office has been fantastic, especially because of Candice. She has always assisted us with everything we need and has been very kind in every interaction. We value her dedication and the attentive service she offers. Highly recommended!

Wow... I moved in summer of 2021 and just renewed. Many, many changes. Julio is killing it with the recent, and more frequent social events. Great gym, sun deck, grilling stations (with sun and wind protection), tesla chargers, & excellent maintenance staff! Location, Location, Location. This is one of the best value luxury-class properties around with excellent client interactions and service response. There is a fantastic full-sun pool and viewing deck that captures sunsets over Post Oak. High-floor East units have a great view of the downtown sunrise. The apartments are roomy, with good layouts, and amenities (kitchen island, built-in desk, Bluetooth speakers). This is WALKABLE urban Houston, Whole Foods, Galleria, Memorial Park, & upscale Westheimer dining. Neighborhood upgrades are in the works. So much change has occurred since I moved here, it's great to know things are moving in the right direction.

I visited the Gables Post Oak apartment community and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, Assistant Manager Julio Hernández was incredible. His professionalism, patience and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. He really took his time to explain everything clearly and made me feel valued as a future resident. Because of Julio’s outstanding service and attention ; I’ve already made up my mind that I will be moving here once my current lease is up at my current place.
