This is only my third night here. Millie is wonderful. She is kind and considerate and professional. However there is a roach problem. It's only night three and the evidence is clear. The windows in the closed in patio are leaking water from the rain and part of the window is rotting. I stepped on several sharp things that blend in with the carpet. different types of metal things used by former tenants to hang pictures up. The kitchen floor and dinning room floor were sticky. The apartments are quiet and peaceful which is very nice. The grounds are kept up and clean. I saw a car get towed my first night here. The parking spaces are not marked very clearly and every time you have a visitor you must register their car online vin number and all on top of them parking in the visitor parking or they will be towed. The office management and tenants are friendly. I hope they fix the roach issue because I can't live like that but the reviews about the roach problem are not very promising.

Millie was superb. She took the time to show me the apartments. I was indecisive, she told me and showed me how the square footage was differences. She also assistant in the application process

This property is great. The PM Ashanti is very nice. She sticks to her word and makes the impossible work. I am looking forward to moving in and working with this team! I am a property manager and she made me feel right at home. This company is great.

I’ve had a great experience living here! Ever since I moved in, Asthany, the property manager, has been incredibly helpful and supportive. She’s always on top of things and genuinely cares about keeping the residents happy. It’s refreshing to have someone so responsive and professional managing the property. Highly recommend!
