When I moved in, the unit was not properly cleaned. The carpet looked clean at first, but after a days dirt started coming out. My child even found long cut fingernails in the unit, which was very disturbing. Cabinets were dirty and the bathtub was painted over dirt. I reported everything, but I was still charged for cleaning when I moved out, which is unfair. There is also a carpet cleaning fee in the lease, yet the unit was not delivered with a properly cleaned carpet. Additionally, there were security concerns—my neighbor had parts stolen from their truck and mailboxes were broken into.

Super cute, comfortable and safe, the atmosphere is very good, there is no noise or disturbance, the green areas are very nice, the pool is beautiful and very clean

I’ve loved living here so far! Maintenance is very quick and fixes everything efficiently. Moving in was a breeze and management was so kind.

The entire process from beginning to move in, was very easy. Every lady in the office has been very helpful. The maintenance guys are very prompt and helpful as well. The property is kept clean. I had a little trouble filling my application out online, so the ladies in the office helped me figure it out. Everyone here has definitely gone above and beyond! 100% would recommend this place. The location is great & the people are amazing!
