My living experience here was good miss Yolanda made sure I was in good condition. Make sure I had everything well taken care of. Make sure I wasn’t behind on my rent. Only had one issue with my neighbor in apartment the very inappropriate, but that’s pretty much it

It’s so crazy happened to me this morning , all 4 wheels get stolen. No camera can see the parking lots . Super crazy

The reviews here seems biased. I am a new tenant at Fair Oaks Apartment just moved here 4 days ago. I believe in the saying “first impressions are the most lasting”. I observed on the apartment complex are clean and tenants are disciplined. What I mean by that is I haven’t seen unruly people roaming around, no loitering and it’s quite. There some kids playing around during the weekends but it doesn’t bother me at all. The apartment manager Yolanda was very helpful during my application process. She takes time to answer all my questions and very professional. When she showed me the apartment, I am impressed that’s it’s clean and in order. Plenty of covered parking. Checking my inventory, there is no molds specially underneath the sinks, no plumbing leaks, nice paint job, the carpet and floor tiles are immaculate, walls and ceilings are well maintained, all plugs and switches works, no problem with door knobs and locks, water pressure is awesome, appliances looks new and in order, ac is perfectly cooling and definitely no rats. In fact I applied 3 apartments but this one is the best I’ve seen. The pictures I shared here was the first day I’ve seen the apartment complex and my apartment itself. I love my apartment and planning to stay here longer.

We have been living here for 8 years and is horrible. Our fridge and a/c never worked we told the lady who is in the office and she said that all of the fridges in our unit didn't work and that we were the only ones to complain. When the snow storm came last year our heating system was not working. meaning we had to be on the cold for a whole week. Now our whole a/c unit is not working we have been in the heat for more then a week the lady from the office whose name is Yolanda was angry because we were complaining later that day my husband called me and told me that Yolanda had called him and was complain to him about me being rude to her when i asked when our unit would be fixed. She was the one who was rude to me but she told my husband the opposite. Do not move here if you want good service 8 year old resident is telling you from experience there is neighbors who have party's every day and dont turn their music down we have tried to complain about that but Yolanda says that the security (who only comes once) should deal with them. She is not a good office assistant and the safety here is trash.

As a former resident in the past for over two years these apartments have rats, insect and rodent issues. Maintenance is the worst because it’s only repair never replace so issues become more prevalent or never get fixed while being charged full rent monthly. Parking lot is a joke because there aren’t enough spaces so it’s like battle royal for them. Frequent traffic of non-residents through the area and you’re better off looking at the apartments nearby. This place needs a new management and maintenance team! Tenants are friendly though and pets tend to be common. I also think the buildings could use a change from the ugly orange color.
