Came to tour the property and I was greeted by the property manager Johnny. He was able to show me what I was looking for which was a nice gym and a nice view and this place was prefect!

love it so far! moved in recently and haven't had any issues. everyone has been really sweet throughout the move in process!

So far so great. This is an apartment complex for grown ups. Quite fancy but not pretentious. We looked at other places in the Heights but the ambiance and quality of the construction set it apart. Little to no noise from the neighbors. And did I mention the great location ❤️

Beautiful structure, high design spaces. However, upkeep and security is greatly lacking. Selected Ellison for the safety and privacy of a small community. Unfortunately, the gates and garage doors are often broken for days at a time. Security guards have been seen napping. Barbeque grills remained broken for almost a year. After Storm Derecho, a spotted film of dirt formed on external windows and obstructed view. Was told it would be removed during the next cleaning. Windows were not cleaned for over a year. Main concern is safety. Garage gates and side gates should be in working order at all times.
