This townhome is truly a dream. From the beautiful facade to the amazing amenities, everything feels like you’re on vacation. We toured several other places and kept comparing them to this one because nothing came close. What really made the experience exceptional and ultimately convinced us was Jessica Saieg, the leasing consultant. She was incredibly patient, showed us multiple units, took us back to see them again whenever we asked, and even stayed past her working hours to help us. We couldn’t be happier with our new home.

I’ve moved here June 2025 and it has been great, i love the aesthetic of the community and the amenities are perfect. Everyone is friendly and minds their business for the most part. The management team has been extremely helpful I am just glad I moved here when I did! I am thinking of renewing my lease, I won’t be renting another apartment or townhome until I’m ready to purchase my first house.

We’ve lived here 2 months and my husband’s car has been broken into twice! The pedestrian gate by the front entrance has been open this entire time so anyone can access the complex by foot even if the car gate is closed:( we’re investing in security cameras because I can only assume attempts will continue We really enjoy living here besides this, so I hope it can be resolved Update: Now our trash can has been stolen off the front porch😂

I had a very disappointing experience touring this community on December 30, 2025 due to the behavior of one leasing agent. I arrived at 2:30 PM for a tour that was scheduled for 2:45 PM. I was told my tour had been canceled and that I would need to wait until 4:00 PM. I politely asked if I could quickly view one of the two-bedroom units before her next tour at 3:15 PM, but she refused and stated she needed a break. She did not once say hello, smile, or try to be polite. She was beyond discourteous and dismissive. Later that same day, I returned for another tour that was scheduled for 5:15 PM and arrived at 4:45 PM. She had me waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes to assist with a resident moving in, which is understandable but the way she went about it was very rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, the agent was extremely uncivil throughout the entire interaction. She was on her phone during the tour, did not answer my questions, rushed me in and out, and made it clear she did not want to assist me. I even have video evidence of her being on her phone the entire time. She had me waiting for over 30 minutes just to rush me out and be impolite… very saddening. She refused to show me any amenities, including the gym, even when I asked if I could simply take a quick look with her guidance so I went on my own. Before leaving, I asked to see the Mediterranean finish of the unit I was interested in leasing, and she denied that request as well, stating that I had been “rude” and then denying me further service. I was genuinely looking forward to leasing at this community and had planned to move in March, but the level of unprofessionalism, unwelcomeness, and dismissive treatment I experienced was extremely disappointing. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and discouraged, which is unfortunate because the property itself seemed promising. Management should seriously address how prospective residents are treated, as this experience alone was enough to make me reconsider leasing here.

Great clubhouse (communal building in the centre) with gym, free good coffee which tastes good, and a pool. The complex is large enough to run around. Great location, nice sized apartments.
