Domain Heights

We visited several apartment communities in the Heights Area, looking for a new home for a friend of ours that will be moving to Houston. We were greatly impressed with the kindness, professionalism And personal service that we received at Heights Domain! Ashley gave us a tour and we were blown away by the beauty of the community and all the amenities. We personally are not looking to move at this time, but will definitely consider this community in the future! You should definitely check it out!

We had a fantastic experience at Domain Heights! Jessica went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire process. Compared to other complexes we visited, she was by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive person we encountered. She made the application process smooth and stress-free, answering all of our questions and guiding us every step of the way. The complex itself is the nicest in the area—modern, clean, and packed with amenities. The outdoor areas are incredible and really set it apart from anything else we toured. Highly recommend both the property and working with Jessica! Update: the complex recently made SO MANY more parking spots “reserved spots” & it looks like half of them aren’t being used. So if you live on the 1st floor & get home late in the afternoon be prepared to park on floor 4 while there are 20+ spots open on lower levels but they’re “reserved” by no one.. it’s extremely frustrating.

Half of the reviews are 90% bullshit . DO NOT BELIEVE THE SUPER POSITIVE REVIEWS! It’s point based for positive reviews. I promise this property is shy of a 3 star. The garage is filled with reserved parking spots making it almost 0 parking spots for the residents to park in. Keep in mind nobody is buying the spots they swear the people asked for . They swear they are doing dog samples to penalize for the dogs and there’s dog shit everywhere along the property people don’t pick up , The hallways smell like piss some more than others. The rental office barely answers and where they do it’s some kind of an excuse about what’s going on. The rent is high as hell and keeps rising the amenity fee is high as hell . Save your time trust me . This is a Mid ass apartment the only plus is the gas stove and location other than that save you a trip and money oh and the pool and gym when clean. The internet is always out and they will tell you it’s nothing they can do , they will blame white sky But yet you’re being charged for it . They never office a discount The rental office gaslights the hell out of you with concerns . non electric vehicles park in the garage in electric spots . Honestly I don’t think they can maintain the property they gaslight by pool parties and food events Never address your concerns to the email or emails DH's leasing office gives you. They will never acknowledge it. If you address your concerns to DH and it get nowhere, please contact Houston Apartment Associates (HAA). They will help you with getting your concern(s) heard.

Daniela Salina’s is quite simply the best leasing professional I have ever met, and I have been to a lot of complexes! She is super informative and detailed in explaining everything I needed to know! Really patient and responsive. Most of the time the leasing people I meet don’t have patience and make it a stressful process, but Daniela was just great with guidance and information. 10/10 professionalism and highly knowledgeable in all areas and has a great personality!
