Cue Luxury Apartments

Terrible experience moving out!!! I lived here for 2 years but the day I moved in, my apartment was given to me in disgusting conditions (look at photos for reference) I cleaned it up myself. When moving out I had an opportunity to purchase a house. I broke my lease and paid the early termination fee in full. After moving out, they sent a letter to the apartment i was moved out of to tell me i owed them $450 worth of cleaning fees!!!!! I had already asked when turning my keys in if there was anything else i owed and they said no on multiple occasions. I figured out that I owed them this because the debt collectors got a hold of me. After trying to work with larry and him telling me to send him the photos and that he would do what he could, he dismissed me for weeks and declined every phone call i made. That apartment was horrible, why would I pay $450 when I left it cleaner than it was given to me? My credit score went down 80 points, they are completely unprofessional and the dog park is absolutely disgusting. Always has fleas and worms, never water working. Dumpster is always overflowed and the entire complex smells like weed. My car was broken into one time as well. I dont recommend and its sad because I was a great tenant!!

Adriana and Larry were excellent!! Informative and polite, during the tour Adriana explored the entire property with detailed descriptions. She really made us feel at home. We are looking forward to the approval of our application and projected move in date. Thank You so much Adriana!!

Very nice community professional office staff courteous maintenance staff great place to live. Lauren the Manager was Super Nice and the Assistant manager Lizzette was very professional. I would highly recommend anyone who wants a great community to reside. Great job Que Luxury apts.

We are so happy that we found Cue Luxury Apartments when we moved to Texas from California almost a year ago. Kelli and the rest of the staff always treated us like we are family. They are always helpful and nice from day one. The apartment unit and grounds are well maintained. The apartment complex is brand new so there was no issue when we moved in. The people who live here look out for each other which is great. The dog park and carwash/pet wash are great bonus for dog parents like us. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to move in the Cypress/Katy area.
