I had an amazing experience living at Crystal Falls Apartments for the past 8 years. The office staff was always so kind, professional, and friendly, which truly made the community feel like home. Anytime I needed maintenance, they responded incredibly fast — usually the very same day — and always handled everything with care and efficiency. The only reason I moved was because my job relocated me to a different city. Leaving was bittersweet because Crystal Falls will always hold a special place in my heart. I’m so grateful for the years I spent there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community.

I applied for 1 bed apartment cuz I rented a house but they denied my application because I'm s Spanic if you are a Spanic you're not welcome for this property

What can I say, this was truly a home. I loved my time here (4 years) and the ladies in the front office are AWESOME! They have set such a high standard for anywhere else I lease. The only reason I moved was because I needed to be in a new area, but if I could have packed the complex up and relocated it I would have. No pests, no noisy neighbors, no issue with parking whatsoever. Audria & Elly are amazing.

Houston is Houston, crime is everywhere, you want a safe community environment Crystal Falls is the Place. I have been here for 3 years it has been a family community. ADRI and ELY treat this place like their own family which made me feel welcoming. They are the best! Paulino and Joe are quick to serve their community, if there’s any issues with the apartment they get it done ASAP! Best apartments overall in Houston. I would definitely recommend this place to live if you want to feel like a family community.

I lived at this place for years and I enjoyed all my time here. Audria and Elly are both very welcoming and always treated me and my guests with respect. The team is quick to communicate any important information and the maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. The area is quiet and peaceful and I did not have any issues. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to live!
