From the moment I walked in the leasing office, everyone was more than welcoming. I was greeted instantly and acknowledged by everyone. Senaida was very polite and knowledgeable when giving the tour and answered all my questions. Not once did I feel rushed. This speaks volumes when looking for a place to call home.

***EDITED 1/15/26: STILL NO HOT WATER IN MY BUILDING. IT’S BEEN 6 DAYS!! 1/11/26 AND ONCE AGAIN MY BUILDING HAS NO HOT WATER SINCE 11/10/26 !! THE LEASING OFFICE STATES A PART HAS TO BE ORDERED AND CONTRACTED OUT.. EXACT BS THAT HAPPENED 4 WEEKS AGO!! 12/13/25 DO NOT MOVE TO THIS HELL HOLE OF AN APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! **** DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE WHAT THEY TELL YOU!! THEY HAVE MAJOR PLUMBING ISSUES! EVERY OTHER WEEK THE WATER IS SHUT OFF ON ONE OF THE BUILDINGS! THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE!! THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE IS SO CHEAP THAT THEY CANT EVEN GET NEW WATER HEATERS AND BROILERS! MY BUILDING HAS BEEN WITHOUT HOT WATER 4 DAYS!! IF THE WATER GETS SHUT OFF AFTER HOURS THEY WON’T SEND OUT A NOTICE! DO YOUR RESEARCH OF THIS PLACE! I’ve lived at this property for 13 years, and unfortunately the quality and responsiveness have steadily declined. As of this week, residents have been without hot water since Wednesday, with no updates or communication from management. Hot water is a basic necessity, and the lack of urgency or transparency is unacceptable. What is especially frustrating is the clear imbalance in urgency — rent is expected promptly and without delay, yet when it comes to maintenance issues and resident communication, there is a noticeable lack of urgency and follow-through. This is not an isolated issue. There are frequent water shut-offs and power outages, along with long-standing maintenance problems that remain unresolved. For example, the patio lights in Building 2 have been out for nearly three years, despite repeated follow-ups and assurances that a contractor would address the issue. The overall upkeep of the property has declined as well. Common areas are often unsanitary due to residents not cleaning up after their dogs, and enforcement appears inconsistent. I’ve also noticed a pattern in management’s online presence — positive reviews receive prompt responses, while legitimate concerns raised in negative reviews often go unanswered. This lack of engagement further reinforces the feeling that resident concerns are not taken seriously. Rent and additional fees continue to increase, yet basic services, safety, and cleanliness are not being maintained. This review is written in hopes that management will take accountability, improve communication, and restore the standard of care this community once had.

I've contacted them several times to stop contacting me, but apparently the front office doesn't check their e-mail inbox. (Once I go two straight weeks without a phone call or email message from this community, I will remove this review.)

My apartment was horrible Here’s all the pics and videos of my first night in my apartment horrible experience but if you look at the building where the rental office is in a fool you so don’t be fooled
