Brooklyn met with us the first time we visited (and quite a few times after). Always with a smile on her face and helpful information to share. We are looking forward to beginning the new year in our new apartment knowing our move will be smooth thanks to her!

I’ve had the great pleasure of speaking to and dealing with Eddie from start to finish when it came to looking at potential units. He welcomed me with open arms and ears as to what I was looking for. He’s a great guy and definitely a prime representation of Cortland’s staff and management. Overall an amazing place to call home knowing the staff is very attentive and personable. I would recommend them to any family, couple, or singles looking to call home and be taken care like being part of a family.

Fantastic apartment complex to live. I’ve been here eight months and from day one the experience has been remarkable. It is peaceful and quiet and absolutely love having your own garage. It gives you a privacy that it’s hard to find. Let’s not forget about the maintenance team as well. They happens to be incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. I like to give Israel a special thanks for always being there to assist me no matter the issue.💪🏼

Brooke'Lyn is an amazing person to be around. She was able to answer all of our questions and gave us an awesome tour. The apartments looked clean and welcoming. And having garages makes things so orderly and homely feeling. Me and my spouse did not end up choosing to stay here, but it was definitely a top choice for places to live in Houston for sure.
