I have been living here for over 7 months now, and I've never had any problems. The community managers, Diane and Sandra, are nice and helpful.

Don’t move here had fleas all over the apartment for half of the time I was there , and I don’t have pets . When I also moved in the power generator blew out and was charged 100 to get it turned on by my electric company . Told them I was moving out a month and a half before I moved , and they was being greedy and wanted 880 saying I didn’t send a email specifically saying I wanted to move out . Was never late for rent and cleaned my apartment from top to bottom before I moved out . Now I have a debt collection of $880 on my credit report . Don’t trust them 🤷♂️.

I’ve recently moved in here, including the manager, maintenance team and employees doing great job, I m highly recommending these apartments to live. Update: 04/30/2025 I thought everything would be going nice and smooth as it was before my moved in, but I didn’t know it was a marketing trick, before the date of move in including the manager they said, you got one month free move in special, as it has still been posted on their website, but at the end of the month they charged me the full month rent, when I asked for details she said move in special is expired for your apartment, but I’ve been still seeing the move in special sign posted on their website, applied to all of their available apartments, it means move in special is just for specific or special people not for anyone.

I would just like to post a few pics of this very well maintained, and very luscious greenery here at the Concord @ Allendale. I must say, my stay here has been a great experience, and I love the quiet environment that is the norm. We have plenty of visitor parking, outdoor workout area, a children's play area and great maintenance crew that keeps it all running smoothly, not to mention the nice BBQ spots throughout the complex. Come and see the serene that is Concord @ Allendale for yourself. Perhaps you could make it your next stop to call home... If you do decide to come pay us a visit please be sure to talk to Diane, or Jennifer to discuss your possible stay here with us. Oh, and give a warm welcome to the new office addition Zalie.

My experience living here was a rollercoaster! 1. The washing machine (that came with the apartment) stopped working and we were told that the wait for a replacement washing machine would take months to arrive. We were put on a waiting list and 9 months later we still haven’t heard anything about a replacement washer. We ended up just renting our own washer. The ones the apartment give you are really bad quality so look out for that before you rent. 2. The flooring in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway started lifting up and coming apart. This started happening once the weather got hotter and the apartment became too warm due to the a/c not cooling properly. We put in a maintenance request and it’s been about a month and no one has come to repair the floor. (View pictures attached). 3. Third floor apartment - If they place you in a 3rd floor apartment prepare to be HOT all summer long. The a/c does not work properly and does not keep the apartment cool. Our apartment went above 80 degrees even when the thermostat was set to below 70 degrees. The apartment manager and maintenance did not want to replace the a/c and kept putting “band-aids” over the problem. We ended up having to buy a portable a/c unit to keep cool in one room. I’m still fighting to get this issue fixed, I have 2 months left on my lease and they are super reluctant to make living here tolerable for us. (Picture of thermostat and portable a/c unit in picture section) 4. Wasps - There’s a wasp problem here. There has been 3 separate occasions where wasp nests have been built above my front door. Pest control does take care of it but they don’t do anything to prevent it from happening again. 5. This apartment complex has a bunch of cats running around. If you’re not a cat person then maybe rethink moving here. We gave this place a chance just to save a little bit of money but I would’ve rather paid an extra $200 for rent somewhere else. Never again!
