I haven't had any issues except for the garbage 🗑️ in the front of the building always running over and you can't dump it properly .It's embarrassing when you invite family and friends over or give recommendations for others to apply to rent here

Staff is friendly, but the apartment is in very poor condition. There is a serious roach infestation, and it seems like the roaches have been there for a long time because everything is damaged. All the appliances are destroyed or not working properly. I have bought everything possible to get rid of the roaches, but nothing works. I have never seen roaches like this in my life. Even when I keep my place very clean, they keep coming back. This issue needs to be fixed urgently. I would not recommend living here unless the pest problem is properly addressed.”
