I had such a wonderful experience working with Kalie at Cerca Demi Apartments! From the very first tour, she made me feel right at home. Moving can be so stressful, but Kalie’s kindness, patience, and upbeat energy made the entire process actually enjoyable. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions (no matter how small!) and made sure everything was perfect for my move-in. If you’re looking for a new place, definitely ask for Kalie—she truly cares about the residents and makes this community shine!

PLEASE READ ALL OF IT IF U ARE INQUIRING THESE APARTMENTS!!All of the negative comments are absolutely correct the positive ones have to be dirty individuals the overall property is dirty and the model unit makes u think it is clean but it isn't there are rats in the walls!! Moved in April 1 and left to a hotel April 25 it is completely rat infested and gross the office doesn't care I called and called they threw away all of my things because I refused to pay rent when they Continue to give me false information about someone coming to close holes. No one came I also express to them that I has two small children under 3 could not live in those conditions. Wasted no time throwing away everything I worked hard for. With no call to me I came to the unit to collect my things there was a lock on the knob I could see my things inside finally got ahold of someone after a day and was told those where not my things anymore and they where thrown away!

She's super sweet, helpful, and made everything stress-free. Great customer service all around - if you're looking for a solid place to call home, Cerca Demi's the move 👍
