Have all negative about this place. No parking Spaces for visitors. Tenants have 1 assigned parking . Neighbors r non friendly and bitter and will not I repeat will not hesitate to get ur vehicle towed. Each unit is individually owned. Maintenance here is horrible my landlord is quick to ask u to move out every time something needs fixing or replacing. Major items like refrigerator. Didn’t reimburse for groceries thrown away. A/c was out for 2/3 days w temps outside in the hundreds. STONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY ESPECIALLY IF UR ELDERLY LOW INCOME OR UNDOCUMENTED. These ppl take advantage of u.

Own by maintenance and others....you get 1 parking spot ...thiers no visitors parking.....won't fix nuthing and will kick you out if you complain.....by far the worst place to rent.....please be aware

I once lived in that complex for a while many years ago. At that time (and I'm guessing it's still this way) the units were individually owned and many were rented out to tenants. Although it's not a 5-star place, I didn't have any problems there and my neighbors were pretty good. I did drive by there recently to see how it looks these days, and it seemed that the place was getting a bit rundown although it was pretty quiet there.

Maintenance hardly around to help fix anything and the security is very rude to the residents and will close the pool early and if your not out even at 8:45 he will start putting the chain on anyways
