Please be CAREFUL🚨🚨🚨🚨 if you're moving here. I lived here and moved out in 2023, and today, February 4, 2026, I received a letter from a collection agency saying I owe $3,500 just because I didn't give 60 days' notice that I was moving out. I have proof that I did give notice. I call and call, and they don't answer. I call the collection agency, and they say the landlord put this absurd amount on my bill, which I don't even understand what it's for. They've done the same to other people I know. It's not fair that they take advantage of people. I was a good tenant; I never had any problems. I moved out because my husband's tools were stolen, his van was vandalized, and black people broke in to steal, and they never fixed anything. But God will reward them because what they're doing is an injustice, and they never even bothered to tell me what to do. They contacted me to tell me about some debt, even though they had my information, and they just sent me to collections for something that isn't even true.

I've been living here for 6 months and I'm happy with the services. Erika and José are very kind and the maintenance is excellent...
