Newly built clean quiet most of the time update :fyi this area is good during the day but you should be very careful at night in the last 2 weeks residents were robbed walking to the convenicee store but the last one was a little scary because resident came through the gate which does have a coded lock next thing they heard was what you got in the bag confused and turned around and s guy wearing a mask and got robbed scary part is they didn't see anybody around when going through the lock gate

Since this place changed Management there has been alot of poor service and vandalism! You ask for a maintenance request and they look into more than just that in your home privacy. I work at night and there's homeless people roaming the hallways and sleeping next to the dumpster downstairs, there's smeared feces on the floor in the hallways as well. There's no security ever and no one from the office seems to care. They "walk" just for show? The parking garage is over packed that they park on the side. I know this will get overlooked but future residents ... pray and goodluck!

Porshia Williams has amazing customer service plus she is a blessing to this community! She is a very patient person and gets the job done with easy an a smile on her face. I'm grateful for the opportunity to live here. Thank you

It’s not worth the headache of moving or worth the fair price . They is not enough parking I mean not even 1 spot per unit here . 2nd off your vehicle will be broken in to rather you park in the garage if you can find a spot or right outside of the building. I had to move my vehicle was broken in to at least 6 times , my guest vehicle broken into 1st night here . They have kids throwing things off of the balcony at people when I was staying there I informed property management nothing was done . The prymanagera are very nice but the price is not worth it … the area down the street from here is to bad .
