I’ve been at this residence since 2023 and the new staff is the absolutely amazing Roger and Porshia have helped me tremendously. We have an office staff that is really dedicated to making there tenants happy.

Roger and Porshia demonstrate excellence as it relates to customer service for us as tenants. As a team they set the bar HIGH. The Property Manager and Maintenance Team is prompt, professional, detailed and reliable. Our living and common areas on this property is always presentable, sanitary and overall a clean environment.

They do not take care of their tenants or potential tenants. Have been reaching out to the office for weeks, they do not not answer emails or calls. They are also very rude especially Tracy, she is very fake! She would say something and then change it later on. Really don’t know how she’s still the manager especially after how she has ran down the property, is never here and goes to lunch every day for like 3 hours so the office is usually closed.

I’ve lived in this property since it was first built in 2022, and over time the management and maintenance have become increasingly unresponsive. They do not answer calls and take weeks to reply to emails and months to take care of service requests. Mold issue: Reported in June 2025 and still unresolved despite multiple emails and calls. Communication from management is poor, and follow-ups are rarely acknowledged. Air filters never replaced: Since moving in over three years ago, my air filters have not been changed once. Property maintenance overall is neglected. Elevator frequently out of service: The elevator is often down for weeks or even over a month before being repaired. Broken side door and safety concerns: The side door is repeatedly broken, allowing unauthorized access. Homeless individuals are frequently seen dumpster diving and sleeping in the hallways. Limited and unsafe parking: There are not enough parking spaces for residents, forcing people to park on the street where multiple vehicle break-ins have occurred. The area feels unsafe, especially at night. Late fees and poor communication: Late fees are added inconsistently even when rent is paid early. Management lacks accountability and rarely provides responses. Overall, management and maintenance consistently fail to address ongoing issues, creating unsafe and unsanitary living conditions.

Updating this to say that I Still love Tracy P. from Caroline Lofts, as well as Kiera. When I really needed help-she personally offered to bring me paperwork. Ignore Anything other than the fact that these ladies are amazing. Management is great, maintenance is great. She is amazing at her job, so helpful and kind! I couldn't ask for a better property manager and moving experience. She deserves 10 Stars 🌟 for going above and beyond!!! The apartments are brand new and beautiful!!
