Camden Travis Street

I have 3 months left on my lease which will then make it 2 years of me living at Camden Travis St. Pros: -Pool is Beautiful, it’s a very large pool with palm trees -Maintenance is very responsive -Location is great, i felt very central to everything. -Bars, restaurants, clubs all within walking distance (as a 20 something I appreciated this lol) - Spacious 2 bedroom apartments Cons: -No package room! Unfortunately, I have had a package taken from me which seems to be a common occurrence for other residents. -Garage Security, cars have been vandalized a few times in my 2 years here (thankfully not mine) but those things happen living in a city. -Bars/club noise, we are in midtown in comes with the territory Thursday-Sunday you will hear the drunk people, and car music and sports cars revving their engines. (If your young you’ll probably be out during weekend nights anyway so probably won’t even notice) Overall Camden Travis is a good community, I would recommend this place to recent grads, or young professionals that like the night life. Most cons I listed come with the territory of living in Midtown Houston, you’re in a city!

You better have comprehensive car insurance if you live here, because your vehicle WILL vandalized at some point. Broken windows and stolen wheels are a common sight at Camden Travis St!
