I had a fantastic tour at Camden Travis Street with Austin Gaither. He was incredibly helpful and generous with his time, staying well past our allotted slot to ensure all of our questions were answered. He’s been great about keeping us updated on upcoming availability for our specific move-in dates. If you’re looking for a stress-free touring experience, ask for Austin! Hopefully, I can leave a similar review once I have stayed there for a while

I have lived at Camden for over a year now and I’ve never had a bad experience. The leasing team has always been helpful and quick to assist when I needed it. The maintenance team has always been on top of everything, when I put in a work order they’re quick to come check out the problem and are fix the issue; not to mention they’re all so friendly. The MT Juventino is super helpful, I had an issue with the fan in my room and he went out of his way to clean the dust off of it and tighten a blade that was loose. Super kind and helpful!

We had an excellent experience working with Sebastian at Cadmen Travis. He was extremely professional, honest, and genuinely cared about our needs. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave us great advice, and helped us find the best deals available. Sebastian is also a very kind and approachable person, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment at Cadmen Travis Street.

I’ve had a great experience living at Camden Travis Street Apartments. The location in Midtown is fantastic — close to everything. The community is well-maintained, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center are always clean and easy to access. The staff has been outstanding. They’re friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I’ve had a question or needed something. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. Parking is convenient. For the quality of service, amenities, and location, I think Camden Travis Street is one of the best options in Houston. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Midtown!

I was completely disappointed by customer service from the Travis Street team. I had to call multiple times after they did not answer the call after five minutes of ringing. Left me extremely frustrated. I booked my tour a day before and was advised that I would get access to an apartment because I was interested in upgrading from a studio to a one bedroom. After calling three other times once I was on site for my tour. I was not granted access until 30 minutes after my original time. This was even an inconvenience for me a resident that just renewed her lease for the second year. Another major issue that I have at Travis Street is not being able to get inside the building because my phone died. I tried to dial the code on the call box 2 reach Security and the code did not work. The only way that I was able to get back into the building because it was 9 o’clock on a Monday night. No one was around. I had to go across the street to the other Camden apartments and charge my phone only because I am responsible and I brought my charger with me. I was considering upgrading to the one bedroom but now I am considering finding a new Camden resident for next year.
