I came here for a tour to see what the area and property looked like, and I was very pleased with the experience. Koree gave me a detailed and spot-on tour of the place. She was upfront, polite, and very transparent throughout the entire process. I’m definitely looking forward to moving here based on Koree’s friendliness and kindness.

Every single day we receive email that cars got broken!! Excuse me don’t you really feel u should do something for safety?!??!! Isn’t that simple!?! It is not living with piece of mind here unfortunately!

My car got broken into for the second time within 3 days. This is insane and when I spoke to someone it wasn't even the general manager because she's off today. I was told I will not be reimbursed for my windows because "safety is not guaranteed in the lease" THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Out of pocket for 2 windows in three days??? They say they are making changes, people have been saying this since I moved in three years ago. They don't care and do not take us seriously. Your car will get broken into, no actual security is stationed, and you'll see random naked homeless men pleasuring themselves in broad daylight!
