Camden McGowen Station

Good living experience overall. Nice location, apartments have a modern look, leasing office staff is friendly. Koree has assisted me so many times and delivered good customer service. Camden Management has to put more permanent security in the building. There has been too many stolen cars. Also find a way to make pet owners responsible for picking up after their fur babies.

I am in love! So I scrolling looking at apartments online and came across this lovely gem. The apartments are located in a great part of midtown - it is modern but still feels homey. In absolute love with the townhome! Cannot wait until I can go see in person, especially after speaking with a super nice leasing agent named Koree!

The apartment itself is nice, but it is way too overpriced for the size. It's nice having AC in the hallways. The WiFi stops working too often, I sometimes use my phone's hotspot to do homework, take school exams online, or play online video games. The building is also accessed through an app and entries need WiFi to work, so when there's no WiFi, people are left outside for way too long waiting for a worker to come open gates and doors (no shade to the workers, they are great, Camden's system is just really bad). Every day there is dog piss and feces in hallways (carpeted) and elevators. The building's fire alarm fails every now and then, for some reason, so beware, you may be woken up by the fire alarm at 4 AM, and half hour later they will tell you it was the system failing. Also, for some reason one elevator is always broken, and when it's fixed, another one fails for weeks. Again, the workers are great, Camden just has a horrible system that needs more than just a "oops, sorry" to be fixed. Also, the sign they have outside that says something like "home is a human right" should be removed, because charging over $1700 for a studio apartment is crazy while having that in their window.

I recently moved out of Camden McGowen Station. From day one Austin, Sebastian and staff made Camden McGowen Station feel like home. The property is well-maintained, the amenities are always clean and functional, and any maintenance requests I submitted were handled quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Mike Shannon, who went above and beyond during my time here. For the duration of my lease, Mike was always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with anything that came up. His genuine care contributed to my positive experience with this community.

The start to my new home has been great so far with Camden. I started the tour with Koree at 12:00 and knew I was going to lease with them at 12:03. Koree answered every one of my questions perfectly and she actually helped me find the perfect apartment for me that I didn’t even notice was available online. The staff overall has been helpful and wonderful to work with! It’s makes it even better that the property itself is beautiful!
