The number of apartment-wide fire alarms that go off at this place is insane. We have lived here 8 months and it’s gone off at least 6-8 times. Maybe more? Blaring at night for 30 mins. Then off, then on again in spurts. No follow up, nothing from management. What’s going on? Can people just pull the alarm whenever? Why is this happening? My 5 yo daughter is scared.

My experience with this apartment complex was disappointing from day one and remained that way throughout the two years I lived there. When I first toured the property, I was shown a modern, updated apartment. However, after paying the deposit and signing the lease, I was given a much older “classic” unit instead. When I complained, management told me I would have to pay extra to get the apartment I was originally shown, which felt misleading and unfair. The apartment itself had several issues. The oven was extremely dirty and very old when I moved in, clearly not properly cleaned or maintained. In addition, the gates were frequently broken and left open, which raised serious security concerns for residents. Upon moving out, management deducted money from my security deposit without providing any explanation. When I requested the final invoice, I was shocked to see that I was charged for cleaning nearly every part of the apartment. This is especially frustrating because I returned the unit cleaner than it was when I received it. Overall, this felt like a pattern of poor management, lack of transparency, and unfair charges. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for honest management or a positive renting experience.

This is a terrible apartment complex. Greystar is a terrible company that appears to be ripping people off after losing a lawsuit. They charge outrageous application and administrative fees, then deny applicants and keep the money. I applied for an apartment and was denied. After the denial, they claimed I owed a balance because I refused to allow them to continue accessing my bank account for additional “fees.” That is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend applying to this complex or any Greystar-managed property.

I’ve been here for a while. The place is really not bad at all. Yenny helped a lot. The only thing is Cole got my car towed for parking in the reserve spot by accident. However, I don’t think he even pays for reserved parking himself. He parks there at times & often times in regular parking. Watch out for him. The elevators in the garage usually never works. Overall— no real complaints. The staff is friendly, property is clean. All work orders get taken care asap. The halls are cleaned. The pools are nice along with the gym. Honestly, people or guest break the gates. The property has no control over that. I’ve seen Yenny take pics soon as she noticed it was broke & email was sent out first thing the next day.

I’ll update with a more detailed review later. For now I’ll just say “Do not move here”. Since they implemented the income based housing it has transformed from a luxury property to the projects very quickly. The cleanliness of the property has declined substantially and I’m embarrassed to have company over because of it. The amount of money I pay monthly is outrageous to live in a complex such as this. The 4th floor garage door hasn’t locked for at least 2 months. So much for secure facilities, and I’ve seen maintenance go in and out numerous times. The hallway floors are never mopped. Valet trash is left out all day to the point I’ve seen roaches in the hallways. The quality of tenant has gone from medical personnel and students to lord knows who, and I’m completely over it. Please look elsewhere.
