Hello, to whom this may concern I would just like to commend and compliment the Management and staff working at Brays Oaks Village Apartments for to tremendous job they are doing at the establishment, I have met and talked to each and everyone of them including the Maintenance department. They all conduct their jobs in a very professional manner and they stay up on getting the job done if there are any problems that needs attention. Your staff here at Brays Oaks Village are to be praised for their steady and very professional work here they make this area feel like home. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this apartment complex. I moved in less than a week ago and immediately reported a cracked window that needed to be fixed. Despite being promised that it would be taken care of, it is still not repaired. I have reached out multiple times to both the leasing office and the maintenance department, but no one has followed through or provided any real update. Because of this cracked window, warm air continues to leak into my unit, causing discomfort and wasting electricity. This is unacceptable—no new resident should have to deal with unresolved issues from day one. The lack of urgency and communication from management reflects poorly on the overall quality of service here.

I would like to leave a Great review for Brays Oaks Village and give thanks and a shout out to Ms. Hatchett, the District Manager, for her quick response regarding my carpet cleaning and for always being on top of things whenever I need her assistance. I absolutely love living in this apartment community.

Ms Lister assistant manager has been exceptionally responsive and incredibly kind. I am also so impressed with the maintenance staff, who are prompt and efficient. Any issue I have had has been handled with unparalleled efficiency by the team. This is a truly wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it.

Please stay from this complex. My dish washer needed to be replaced and I submitted a work order which took.over 4 mois for the replacement ( I had to show them I was tired of them lying to me by saying the dishwasher will be here next week). Plus, my AC wasn't working(it is summer and it is over 100°F) I put a work order for 2 days no body was there to check or fix. I came to the office and they said someone is on his way which wasn't the case. This complex is just trash and stay away if you want to leave in peace.
