Bellaire Oaks Apartments

I know the reviews may be scary, but honestly it’s a decent place to live. all maintenance staff are nice, office staff are a great help and friendly! since living here i haven’t had any issues , no pest issues, neighbors are nice, and it’s quiet for most of the time.

I have been looking for a new apartment and I just found my new home! The Manager Perla is very nice and helpful. The Property is well kept and clean. Will recommend the Community to all my friends.

These apartments help a lot with your finances since the rent is very affordable. The maintenance staff are very kind and helpful. The office staff Michelle, Jackie, Daniel and shelsy are always willing to assist and explain everything in detail. If you are looking to move, ask for Michelle she helped me with my apartment. She is fast, consistent, and above all, very friendly.

Regarding Leasing, Shelsy, Daniel & Michelle are exceptionally good at making things run smoothly. Always timely when it comes to ensuring work orders are completed and done properly. Friendly staff with an excellent attitude to the residents. Communication is key and they’ve mastered that! I recommend you check out Bellaire Oaks & their amazing team!

Don’t lease here!! The prices are low for a reason!! From day 1 we’ve had problems with these apartments/ management. Not only was our move in date changed without notice but our apartment was given to us in disgusting conditions black splotches on the floor, multiple grease stains all over the kitchen, the restroom was absolutely disgusting. Also poor communication from their part, and HIGH crime rate. We’ve made MULTIPLE complaints about extremely loud neighbors (walls are extremely thin) partying on weekdays/ and almost every weekend with loud speakers and management did absolutely nothing other than just sending out notices to them which isn’t effective because they’re partying out there right now at 1:30am. Apartment wise, they’re old, roaches, hot water goes out at times, AC has gone out like twice in 80°+ weather. There’s an enormous pot hole that has only gotten worse. It’s so bad that an entire area is blocked off because of the MASSIVE size of the pothole. Lots of parking spaces used by unused cars that have literal dust on them. Lastly crime. Multiple attempted break ins, shootings, car theft, tires being stolen etc!!!
