Bayou Village Apartments

Wasn't gonna put anything, I haven't lived there in a few years (almost 5), haven't looked at apartments in about 4 years, but today broke the camels back. I started getting emails about looking at apartments? From a place that kicked me out because I had a medical issue come up and couldn't make rent one time, and it wasn't even that I couldn't pay it, it was going to be 2 weeks late and I let them know ahead of time! Either way, this place has a lot of issues. The parking under the apartments, the ceilings are coming apart and insulation is coming out. The roofs on the building leak and will cause the paint on the ceiling to hold water. Neighbors smoking weed in their apartment and its getting into yours? Not their problem. People starting their car and revving it at 2am for no reason? They don't hear it so it's not a problem. Your water heater isn't working or it started leaking? Oh well we have a list of people to get to this week, we'll see you next week. They don't care. They never did. From what I see it hasn't changed much, except apparently now there's roaches coming out of the walls. Please for the love of God don't waste your money on these mediocre, falling apart, rundown, overpriced, disgusting, badly renovated apartments.

Let me just say I am EXTREMELY pleased with my new apartment !!! I was rushing here to clean today, walked in & the place was spotless, smell goods (MY FAVORITE SCENT LOL) & so cozy !!!🥹 Huge thanks to Ms. Suzanne for working this out for me & I look forward to my new beginning💜🙏🏽 I would most definitely recommend this complex. This will be my 2nd apartment on my own as a 21 year old & I am so excited to make new memories here!!! All glory be to God🙌🏾

The management staff is helpfull and the grounds and facility are well maintained and as advertised
