Painted over problems, I've had 3 different leaks. Termites, ants and roaches and someone broke in.

First off let me start by saying the property manager Carlos, is wonderful! Very humble, willing to go the extra mile, and is honest, but in the kindest way. I have lived here with family for over 2 years and have seen people come and go but Carlos has been the most helpful and even Celeste. She is very sweet, and also willing to do what it takes to help you out. This place has beautiful apartments and surprisingly enough they are really nice especially on the inside & really affordable. Lastly, the maintenance team is so on top of things. When my mom or dad needed something done they would get it done! Overall, this place would get 10 stars if it were an option.

Joar Yánez is an exceptional maintenance technician. He's always on time, clearly explains what he's doing, and makes sure everything is working perfectly. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommended!

Well, I hardly give one star, but I believe this particular property deserves the worst possible rating. Here's why: not family friendly property. In fact, pure liberal based property. Adults playing music, being load, and not following rules are okay. But placed a lot of restrictions on kids. So, it is not pro family property. There is a front desk lady named Bianca. She is the most careless and least knowledgeable leasing agent staff member. Please read your contract carefully, and Do not trust the leasing staff's word. Because I trusted them and then paid the price. Just waiting for my lease to be over.

My sister use to live here as well. She stopped living here because she fell through the railing from the second floor and they did nothing about it. They literally just picked the railing up and put it back up there and painted over it. In the time of her being in the hospital the reception( at the time because they like to change teams ALOT) basically tried to evict her. She told the actual property manger that my sister’s gf said that my sister didn’t want to renew her lease. My sister gf name wasn’t even on the lease, so it does matter if she said that or not. She also was having leaks in her apartment. They were not in a rush to fix any of this. The water is always off because they are “fixing” something’s but with new management you don’t even get an email anymore they just do it. I really do believe they are racist because they don’t seem to have any bad reviews from anyone who isn’t a darker complexion. all in all DONT MOVE HERE OR ANY ASHFORD PROPERTY FOR THAT MATTER BECAUSE THEY MOST LIKELY HAVE THE SAME PEOPLE DIFFERENT BUILDING 😘
