Hi, I came here to see the opinions of so many people, only two people posted that it's badly maintained. I'm looking for an apartment, but I don't want something like that again because where I am now the maintenance is bad, that's why people have left this property. But I also see many saying that it's very quiet.

Lack of professionalism in management ,they are not helpful or solution provider. Imp Note . Don't lease sign for apartment around play ground it gonna be hell for you.

If you are seeing this and are considering renting here, DO NOT DO IT, there are thousands of options in Houston better than this, the management of the administration is terrible. Not to mention the thousands of inconveniences that there are daily and they don't pay attention to it like the main entrance door open all the time and they don't worry about fixing it. But if they worry about paying security that ATTACKs the tenants and set stupid rules like after 9 you can't go out, what the hell? It's a condominium, not a prison.
