Ashford Casa Serena Apartments

I had to leave honest review because it feels needed what happened. Went to the office today to try and view a 2bed unit. The young Spanish lady wearing pink/purple shirt was very rude & unpleasant. I understand if it was pouring raining you can show but it wasn’t & I had an appointment from yesterday which I came by but they closed early. I come back today and office didn’t even explain why they closed. Then as I arrive back today the doors are locked and the young lady is afraid to open the door and hardly wanted to help me. I can around 3pm more then enough time before they closed. Please train your staff to be more friendly & kind. Acting this way and carrying that kind of demeanor will cost you clients & discourage people from wanting to rent. Please re-train her or let her go.

You can tell the management takes pride in the property and cares about maintaining a safe, clean, and well-run environment. From leasing to maintenance to day-to-day operations, everything is organized and efficient. If you’re looking for an apartment community with management you can actually trust and rely on, Ashford Casa Serena is a great choice. Highly recommended.
