Ashford Casa Bella Apartments

Only 8 months in and they've already broken my car mirror because people are constantly going up and down the street at night, it's horrible, there's no security, and then you call because the air conditioning is broken and they tell you to wait until tomorrow, and with these temperatures they don't care, they drain the water 4 times a month, etc.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't recommend moving here at all. They catch you with the promise of cheap rent. But what they don't tell you is the other $400 of hiden fees( including not telling you that you have to pay for parking $45 a month) there is only 3 guest spots for free parking. Or $25 for a security guard you will never see. Or the $140+ water bill for low water pressure or at time no water every morning (hot or cold) $60+ gas bill for a water heater that never heats. Worst place ever to live.

Excellent person, very hardworking, and that person is a light.
