We do landscaping around the area and they always keep everything looking really nice

During my recent visit to the establishment, I encountered a less than welcoming demeanor from the front desk staff, an African American woman. In contrast, the valet staff( also african-American) , who greeted me with a smile, exhibited a significantly more pleasant attitude. It is imperative that this experience be standardized across all staff members. The front desk staff should receive appropriate training and guidance to ensure that they consistently provide the same level of service and professionalism as the valet parking staff.

I was told that some customers in this building deceive the drivers after delivery and remove the tip, i got it today. I delivered to 15th floor from chick fil-A the concierge sent me up i handed the food and after 1hr i was like (DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PROMISED TIP) IT'S A SHAME 🫠 TO DECEIVE SOMEONE'S EFFORT AND SERVICE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
