Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company. From reading some of these reviews it appears that this agency was spared because i am a very successful attorney who doesn't play! A bullet well dodged for me. First, I submitted a very detailed inquiry that gave my financial, location interest, and credit. Subsequently, I was contacted by someone and I guarantee it was a female, who just did not read my request at all to the point where she asked when I was coming to TX but I am already in TX? You can only text as they do not answer calls or questions on IG, RED FLAG. I did not get disredpectful because unlike her I have high emotional intelligence and I simply asked if my inquiry was actually read. She stopped responding. Nevertheless, my point in posting this review is I absolutely despise people who think they are going to prevent you from achieving something so important as housing. This agency claims to assist with people who may have a challenging background. Luckily for me my background will not impact me like I thought. I am also an attorney who makes great money, not everyone who contacts you will have that and you may absolutely be their only hope of renting...DO NOT HAVE AGENTS BEHAVE LIKE THEY HAVE THE ABILITY TO HELP OR HURT PEOPLE. I take full accountability as I found you on IG, never again. Although I am a woman, I do not like to deal with females because of encounters like this, grow up and focus on making money for your business and being better in service 💯
