I genuinely love the new management and efforts of change and accommodation. Leasing Consultant Destiny O. Was absolutely wonderful and made our moving transition a breeze. She still takes care of my roommate and I with whatever issues we have. Thank you Altitude!

This place actually sucks it’s crazy😂 I’ve had many incidents with management and it’s always BS. Even one incident where police was involved and told me to boycott until they do something about the safety about this place. Police also said to try to break my lease and move somewhere else, they come to this apartment complex all the time and have said they also have issues with management. The management apparently does not have access to cameras so good luck on trying to find out what happened if your tires got stolen, your car got broken into, your mail packages are stolen and so many more things. They also still have not spoken up about the shooting that happened last month or two and police tried to get camera footage of that and they still couldn’t cause they don’t have access to it so another crime unsolved. Even the police DO NOT recommend this place!

Living here was an absolute nightmare. The apartments were filthy beyond belief I’m talking rodents running around, cockroaches everywhere, flies, trash, hair, and even signs of human waste. The smell throughout the building was unbearable, like something was constantly rotting. The staff were shockingly rude and completely indifferent, making an already horrible experience even worse. Maintenance never did their job properly, packages constantly went missing, and when serious incidents happened like a roommate assault that required police involvement the management did absolutely nothing. To top it off, they refused to return my security deposit, which felt like the final insult. The only people who showed any decency were the maintenance and cleaning staff they were genuinely hardworking and kind, and they absolutely deserve a raise for dealing with the mess and chaos left by the tenants and the management. I also faced racial profiling as a Mexican resident and was subjected to horrible, discriminatory remarks. Honestly, I feel for anyone forced to live here. If you can avoid this place, do it. It’s dirty, unsafe, and the management clearly doesn’t care about their tenants. There are no other words but to say that this place is disgusting, the building needs to be demolished

The apartment themselves are great. The leasing office staff is very friendly...they all seem to be students but very professional and respectful and deal with the problems that come in well. I gave 4 stars bc the residents have to ALSO respect their new home and keep it clean and it's evident that there are tenants staying there that litter the hallways and bring pests. However, it is also evident that management does it's best to combat these issues. I would definitely prefer DLP over the dorms for my college students.
