Had a great tour with April! She was super knowledgeable and figured out the perfect plan for me, I ended up applying on the spot under her guidance and look forward to moving. The apartment itself is fab, super clean, new, and great amenities. Area is super walkable and DUO is right next door (so def a bonus)

I’ve had a positive experience with the office staff, especially April, Gabrielle, and Lexie. They made my move-in process smooth and well organized. Lexie is always sweet and attentive, April is direct and effective at addressing issues head-on, and Gabrielle did a thorough job with my orientation and followed up on questions afterward. The team was patient and accommodating when I had several bulky packages delivered right before move-in, and they’ve continued to be helpful as I get settled. They’re also great at remembering faces and names, which really helps a new city and community feel more like home. Overall, I feel well informed and supported, and I’ve had a great transition into the complex.

I love living here, it is so convenient especially since this neighborhood allows walkability to the coolest spots. The amenities are very nice, and maintenance requests are always answered efficiently. Great neighbors as well! Also i have to mention that the leasing agent, April is always very welcoming and is communicates very well. She is a great addition to the team!!
