Katya has been wonderful to work with even after move-in. She is always professional, friendly, and responsive whenever questions or concerns come up. She genuinely cares about residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it makes a big difference in the living experience. Truly appreciate all that she does!

I am genuinely happy to call this apartment complex my home. The office staff is fantastic—consistently providing great customer service and always being incredibly nice and friendly. (Josie is amazing!) They are always prompt when addressing any concerns I have with my unit, which is a huge relief. Maintenance issues are handled efficiently and quickly. What truly sets this complex apart is its commitment to building a sense of community, especially for families. I love the way they include the children of the complex by regularly hosting fun events like holiday celebrations and movie nights. If you're looking for a place with responsive management and a welcoming community atmosphere, this is it!

I moved into these apartments in May and I’ll be leaving a 6 month review. Once I have a year update the review accordingly. To start from the beginning; the leasing and move-in process was very smooth. The leasing agent was very quick to respond over phone and email and she supplied any information and additional pictures I requested before signing the lease. The pictures of the units are very accurate and the units themselves are really great quality. I know people who have experiences with management posting pictures of their best units but the actual unit the more into is garbage. This isn’t the case with aria, as their units are all great condition. The property was built in December I believe so the complex is very new. The units look just as good if not better than what’s advertised. As for the actual property themselves. Management very clearly invests time and money on the upkeep. There are weekly landscapers that’s trim the bushes and cut the grass. The dumpsters are in an enclosed area and I have never once seen them overflowing with trash. Having lived in some pretty filthy places before I can appreciate trash being taken care of. The property is always in good condition; the walls, windows and railings are all in great condition. Ofc this could also be because it’s a newer property Houston weather hasn’t worn it down yet. The is very good lighting around the property. Every parking spot is well lit and there aren’t any dark or shady areas. I feel comfortable walking to and from my car even in the late hours of the night. As for the tenants, everyone seems pretty great. I haven’t interacted with my neighbors much but I haven’t had any noise complaints or issues with anyone else. I haven’t noticed anyone’s cars on bricks yet Thank Goodness. I’ve personally seen people’s vehicles on bricks in past apartments I’ve lived in and it only makes living in an area worse. Overall this is a great place to live in and I’ve enjoyed my stay here. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for one particular gripe I have with this place. The extremely aggressive towing practices here are insane. I have never in my life seen such intense towing strategies until I moved here. Make no mistake, if you have visitors here and they aren’t parked outside WITH a visitor permit they will be treated like domestic terrorists. I wish that was hyperbole but it really isn’t. I understand the towing occurring INSIDE the gated area to give tenants proper parking access but this is the first place I’ve lived where the OUTSIDE is heavy monitored. Now to be fair Aria sends out reminders emails and text every month regarding the visitor parking. It involves having to acquire the apartment code and visit a 3rd party website to register your visitor. This already is a huge inconvenience if you want anything spontaneous. My girlfriend came over one night for some freaky time and in the morning her car was gone. Had a buddy randomly show up to watch some MNF and by halftime we were gonna grab some beer and his car was gone. As I’ve said I understand the towing inside the complex but i genuinely think there should be visitor parking outside. If you like to have sneaky links or have friends and family over often then this place isn’t for you unless you have $300 to spare for every towing offense. All in all this a great place to live in, great units with a good maintained property and it’s a quiet small complex with no issues. I’ll more than likely renew my lease here. Just keep in mind the towing companies patrol like the Gestapo here.

I have to say that Ms. Josie is the absolute most hardworking, genuine office managers I have ever met. She is so professional, polite and dependable! My move on 09/26/25 started off a bit rough but once I brought my issue to management’s attention it was resolved in a matter of seconds! Ms.Josie went beyond and above to ensure my son and I had everything we needed to feel safe and comfortable in our new apartment home, she even ensured I had a way to connect to the internet while I awaited my ATT business connection. Ms. Josie deserves a raise for treating her residents like true family and making sure the community is up and running properly. When I open my business I need her running my customer service department! She sincerely cares about her residents and it shows. I’d recommend this property to anyone. Everything is new and up to date, if any issues arise management/maintenance handles your concerns promptly and with the upmost respect!

The Office Staff ★★★★★ Hands down, the best part of this community is the leasing and management team. From my first tour with Josie to dealing with the paperwork and move-in, they have been exceptional. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Every time I've gone to the office with a question, I've been greeted with a smile and my issue was addressed promptly. It makes a huge difference knowing you have a helpful and competent team managing your home.
