Aria At Almeda-Genoa

I visited Thrive Almeda Genoa recently and had a great experience. The community looked clean, quiet, and well taken care of. Kenia was incredibly friendly and helpful during the tour, and Lisa, the property manager, was just as welcoming. You can tell they both care about the place and the people who live there. Overall, a very positive visit.

I never regret so much moving to a place like i do now. Worse decision in my life. They said we had security but we dont, 4 cars got stolen tires in the past two months including mine brand new that was not even paid first payment yet. other car got broken into, and another two other cars got parts stolen from. Complex doesn’t care and can’t do anything about it, got locked out my apartment cause of battery and they couldn’t even have someone to fix the problem in less than a hour waiting outside in the heat cause i don’t have a car since tires and wheels got stolen and damage on my frame. little gate broken so anyone can come and go, now received e-mail saying other people is using the pool. Come on! They are very messy with payments too.. messed up my contract and everytime i call someone tells me something different.. made my payment a week before due date and still showing pending balance cause they said there’s a problem in the website but its not the same problem its showing to me so i know it’s just an excuse… can’t wait to move out..plus there’s so much bugs… they said they produt but they did not, i have cameras… worse experience… wouldn’t recommend to anyone…. Do you’self a favor and move any other place will be better… management sucks!
