I was initially a bit hesitant to move in after reading some of the reviews, but after speaking with several current residents and hearing how much they enjoyed living here, I decided to give it a shot, and I’m so glad I did! So far, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is always helpful and responsive, especially Braxton, who’s been incredibly supportive with any questions I’ve had. My apartment offers a stunning view of both the pool and the city, it truly feels like a luxury escape. I absolutely love the amenities. The gym is never crowded when I go, which means I can work out in peace, a huge upgrade from the typical public gym experience. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, usually the same day or by the next day if submitted after 5 PM. They even replaced my light bulbs for me, which I really appreciated, especially since I am vertically challenged:) The common areas are always clean and smell fresh, and that includes not just the lobby but the residential floors as well. I also had a great experience with the valet staff, they were super helpful when I needed temporary parking for a recreational vehicle. Overall, living here has exceeded my expectations. It's been a five-star experience all around!

Called them, after reading that they’re all welcoming and stuff, asking about the apartment tour (we have zero to no available time and very unpredictable schedule to book the exact time with any property), and was being told to not even come over. Cool. Their website states “Scheduling the tour is recommended” not a mandatory. So thanks for being straight forward, and good luck. If you respect yourself, go somewhere else, they’re not the best building around here. P.S. all other buildings warmly welcomed us and showed what they have, and we found what we needed. That’s so interesting why people are getting paid (leasing agents) but don’t wanna do their job, they should be forced every freaking time to move their finger.

The staff here is great, Gerry is awesome she goes over and beyond for her residents. Braxton is always helping too!! However some of the staff looks like under training they always have a smile on their face and very helping people are good here!! Only thing I don’t like is the elevators always seem to be having some issues which causes so much time waste but I love my view here!

I have had a mixed experience living at Allure Hermann Park. The staff here is exceptional—professional, kind, and always eager to assist, which I truly appreciate. However, there are several significant issues that have deeply impacted my overall quality of life. One of the major problems I’ve encountered is with the washing machine. I submitted three separate work orders due to the washer failing to drain properly, leaving my clothes soaking wet after every load. On the third occasion, the water overflowed into my bathroom and bedroom, causing significant flooding. As a result, I lost many clothes, and some wooden furniture had to be discarded. Since my bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom, the carpet was soaked. When the bedroom flooded, I had to stay in a hotel until the issue was resolved. After the carpet replacement, the apartment emitted a strong, musty odor for over a week, likely due to the moisture. There were also issues with the ceiling, where water leaked into the living room. We felt drops of water fall on us while watching tv. (included pictures of living room wall showing water stains) Maintenance came to paint over the area, but I’m uncertain if the leak was fully addressed because water began to leak from the vents in the kitchen now(I submitted work order on friday, yet to be addressed-understandable-weekend), and I’ve included pictures to document these ongoing issues. While the staff here is truly wonderful, these repeated problems are difficult to ignore. I understand that some issues may be beyond their control, especially in such a large building. However, I wanted to break my lease due to these ongoing issues, only to be informed that I would have to pay two months’ rent to do so. Given the significant damage to my belongings and the added expenses of staying in a hotel, I am unable to afford both breaking the lease and finding another apartment. The fridge also broke down once, causing a significant amount of food to spoil. Thankfully, it was replaced with a new one. However, my health has suffered since moving here, and my doctor suspects it may be due to mold from the ongoing water damage. I plan to test for mold soon, once I’m able to gather the energy. I moved here from Pasadena to be closer to the Medical Center and Hermann Park, hoping to be more active, but the constant stress and fatigue have left me with little energy to leave my apartment. Its one thing after another here... bathtub clogged (not minor but for more than a few days couldnt take a shower), bathroom sink clogged, washing machine wasnt working for a few weeks, if not months. Fridge broke so had to buy everything again/throw away spoiled food. Living room leak got sofa wet. while the staff is wonderful, the ongoing maintenance issues and lack of prompt resolution have made living here a challenging experience. If you’re someone with a busy schedule or sensitive to environmental factors, I would recommend considering other options. Ive had no peace in this apartment complex this year.

Amazing leasing experience...I love my new home! Rachel was my leasing agent and she went above and beyond to ensure I found the unit I was looking for. She thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns, and I cannot thank her enough! The amenities are exceptional, and I absolutely love my high rise view! The concierge and staff have been extremely helpful as well. After touring other apartments after Allure, I felt extremely disappointed as it was not nearly as nice as Allure. Take a tour and see for yourself!
