Beautiful clubhouse. Attended for a wedding reception. Biggest issues: there was NO cool air...SUPER hot! When it's cooler outside in this Houston humidity than inside, major problem. Secondly concierge was not helpful upon arrival to get access to the clubhouse. Just said go to elevator. Should have been escorted and keyed to the floor. Thankfully a resident was on elevator to assist.

Had a great experience touring Allure Hermann Park. The property is beautiful and in such a prime location. A big thank you to Mike for the fantastic tour! He was super knowledgeable and professional. If you're looking for a luxury high-rise, this is the place! Allure Hermann Park is absolutely stunning! The views and amenities are more than incredible. I’m a current resident here that had an unacceptable experience last night. I left to get a late night meal around 12:30 am last night. As I was traveling to my destination, I realized that I left my handbag at home so I turned around and parked downstairs (for convenience) to get it. As I was walking in the building, I passed by the computer room and noticed a homeless man sleeping on the sofa in the computer room with trash all on the table. With so much going on, this posed a safety concern and a security breach. This is scary to me because it feels like anyone can gain access to this place. I spoke with another tenant and he told me this isn’t the first time this has happened and most of the surveillance cameras don’t work and a few of the property entry doors are broken. If you live here or thinking about moving here, please be vigilant. Especially to those of you who have small children.
