These apartment complex are free to live in all you have to do is find a vacant unit and move in. The lights and water are already running! Multiple units are being occupied by none paying residents. I have called and made complaints multiple times to office and made police reports nothing has been done. So why not allow others to come get free living!

If you're searching for a place to truly call home—a space where peace, safety, and community matter—Alegria Apartments may be the right choice for you. When I first moved in, I was looking for more than just a roof over my head. I needed a place where I could feel secure, where I wouldn’t have to worry about break-ins, broken windows, or unsafe surroundings. Alegria has provided that sense of ease. The property is gated, and management takes security seriously. I have walked the entire property myself, and I can say with confidence that the layout is well-maintained, monitored, and designed to promote safety and comfort. The gates and walking door gates are a key part of that security. They are not just physical barriers—they are safeguards for our peace of mind. It is our responsibility as residents to respect and care for these features, ensuring they remain functional and secure. When we treat the property with care, we help preserve the safety and dignity of our community. Like any residential area, there are moments when things feel less than ideal. There may be neighbors who bring challenges, or situations that make us feel uneasy. But what sets Alegria apart is the management’s commitment to addressing those concerns. They don’t ignore problems—they act. Whether it’s enforcing lease policies, responding to disturbances, or working with residents to restore peace, they take the necessary steps to maintain a safe and respectful environment. We, as residents, also have a shared responsibility. It’s important to care for our homes and the property we live on. Yes, there may be trash here and there, but again—management is proactive in correcting these issues. They regularly clean and maintain the grounds, and they encourage residents to do their part in keeping the community clean and welcoming. Regarding vehicle towing, I’ve seen some frustration from residents, but I understand the reasoning behind it. Unregistered or unauthorized vehicles can pose safety risks, especially in today’s climate. These towing policies are not about punishment—they’re about protecting the community. When vehicles are properly registered and accounted for, it helps ensure that residents feel safe and that the property remains secure. Alegria Apartments is not just a place to live—it’s a place to grow, to heal, and to build a sense of belonging. The management team, while firm in their policies, is also compassionate and willing to listen. If you’re looking for a place where your voice matters and your safety is prioritized, Alegria is worth considering.-Kiki A.
