Alegria Apartments

I am soooooo glad we move out in a couple of days. Please do not stay at these apartments!!! They will tow your car if you owe them a balance and they won’t tow anyone else . They mad because we won’t renew with them so they tryna take as much money they can before we leave . I am so glad these new apartments we moving to is not as hateful as the property staff. The last staff didn’t last long so I’m sure they won’t be lasting long either, they also have multiple homeless people around th property. We goin to pay this balance because we don’t want it on our collections but I can’t wait to dust my hand with these dusty apartments. They thought they was finna hold us back from moving by taking $305 and I got all that back 😂😂

I am so glad this my last month and I moving out of here !!! Why would yall lock the laundry mat knowing people have to get off work nd wash!!!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Let's start with move in. Unit wasn't ready for TWO weeks after being given the runaround. The unit that I leased, wasn't "ready" so they moved me into an OLD, unclean, dusty, roaches motel. The roaches became so aggressive I HAD to go. I've never lived with roaches and dont plan on it. 7 days in, my neighbor unalived himself, with bullet traveling through every wall in the unit. I was never contacted by management or moved. They didnt come and clean the unit for OVER a month. Then a random man started living there and told me "shhhhhh" when I inquired bc I knew what had happened to the original resident. Ac leaks, toilet clogs, old appliances, subpar "upgrades", cabinets and baseboards have CLEARLY been water damaged. Car vandalized, window busted out and TOWED. Again, no contact from office. Property is FILTHY, unkempt and trash everywhere! Be prepared to dive on the floor often as there are gunshots NIGHTLY!! People outside arguing at all hours Morning and night. Gates dont work. No security. NOWHERE for your pets to do business, play or even run bc there is NO GRASS! Rent should 1000% be under $700 and maybe people would stay, because there are moving trucks present WEEKLY! DO NOT MOVE OR EVEN VISIT THIS "property." Needs to be torn down. 10/10 DO NOT recommend

Do not move here! The crime volume is high, police are over here almost every day, constant water issues, maintenance doesn’t respond promptly either. They rarely answer their phones. God forbid you have car trouble where you pay rent they will tow your car and they will not help you pay for any towing costs. Also, my car was vandalized and I wasn’t provided any assistance. The gates don’t work, so anybody can just walk on the premises and do as they please.

I really enjoy living in my new place. Love my neighbors and the community. The front office staff is top notch. Roe and Melanie are soo very kind. I’ve lived in plenty of apartments and this complex really makes you feel like home. I love the gym. I’m there daily. It’s a quiet community and the renovations really make you proud to live here especially for the price. At this price you won’t get a better deal with these kinds of amenities and such a friendly community.
