*Subject: Concerns About Cleanliness and Maintenance in the Complex* Hello, I’d like to share a few concerns about the living conditions in our complex: 1. *Dog Waste in the Garden:* There is a woman who seems to be in charge of the complex. She lets her dog use the back garden but does not clean up the waste. At the same time, she asks other residents to clean up after their pets, which feels unfair and unsanitary. 2. *Elevator Issues:* Out of the three elevators in the building, only one is working. This is a big problem, especially for elderly residents or anyone with limited mobility. It would be helpful if the other elevators could be fixed soon. 3. *Gym Cleanliness:* An older resident, who says he is responsible for the gym, uses the equipment but doesn’t clean it after use. This is a concern for hygiene and should be addressed to keep the gym clean for everyone. I hope these issues can be looked into and resolved soon. Thank you for your attention.

An elderly man and woman in our community have repeatedly involved themselves in matters that don't concern them. They’ve told us what to do and, on two separate occasions, have caused my guests’ vehicles to be towed from visitor parking. This behavior is becoming increasingly disruptive and feels inappropriate, especially since the visitor parking should be available for exactly that—visitors.

Rented here for about a year and I like the location so I'm gonna stay but the way this HOA treats it's tenants is pretty bad, especially if you are renting. They changed the locks and made it take months for renters to get the new keys so many couldn't access their mail for months. They had an elevator that elderly neighbors would use cause it was close to their home but it literally took them 5 months to fix, and each time u emailed about it they would say refer to your leasing management. They would pop up notices anytime somebody would do something they didn't want and say contact them for questions but, again, they refer you to your leasing management. Even when you are using the amenities that are provided, like the trash can, they would post a notice saying don't throw your items there that you are trying to get rid of... When talking to the people that own here too they seem to get a similar but nicer treatment. Overall I'd say rent here cause the location is super safe but yeah, if any one the above things bother you, maybe just save up a bit more and try and get a home near by.

This place seems to be well maintained. I hardly ever see any trash just laying around on the ground. You always see an employee( groundskeeper) The front office people are inviting The outside may seem one streamed but gives upscale to the max of simplicity. Great views

The area is perfect & safe consisting of educated professionals and the property is well maintained. I just wish they’d care more about the interior of the property. We are paying 300+ a month in hoa fees like can we have updated furniture and carpet for the hallways.
