I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tessa Moore. From the very beginning, she did so much more than just unlock doors and show units. She truly listened to me — my concerns, my situation, and the million questions I had — and responded with patience, kindness, and genuine care. Moving can be stressful, and she made me feel heard and supported every step of the way. She never rushed me, never made me feel like I was asking too much, and always took the time to explain things clearly. That kind of professionalism combined with compassion is rare. I’m so grateful for her help and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who actually cares. ( I haven’t moved in just yet but I had to share my experience and thoughts about her!)

I’m so happy Greystar took over. The new office staff are so helpful and friendly. They have already made this place feel more like home. It’s such a great location and definitely a hidden gem.

This apartment used to be good, but ever since being bought out by Greystar, things have started going downhill (to no surprise). There are too many details to list but there is currently (after a month) only one manager and one maintenance person on staff... that's it. Everyone else was fired. Now we are just lied to about when things will be fixed around the complex and there is a huge lack of communication that used to be so good with the previous manager, Leon. I get that things take time to set up, but I have no sympathy- you're a huge company, so hire more people if you're buying a complex and firing everyone off. I purposefully avoided signing with a Greystar property when looking for this apartment because there's always problems with them. Now I have no choice but to suffer in big corporate hell.
