The new property management (Edith) and staff ( Noemi) are highly engaged and considerate of their tenants. They tend to every need or concern that you have at the moment they are notified. 10 out of 10 in service and satisfaction.

🚨 BEWARE – Do NOT waste your money here! 🚨 I paid a $200 application fee months ago and never even got the chance to move in. Since then, the management completely changed, and instead of honoring what I paid, they’ve been giving me the runaround. It’s been over two months, and I still don’t have my refund. Every time I call, no one answers. When I leave voicemails, no one calls back. They even gave me another number to call “for refunds,” but guess what? Nobody answers that either. It’s like they just want to keep people’s money and hope you’ll give up. This is not just frustrating — it feels dishonest and unprofessional. As someone who works hard for my money, being ignored and strung along like this is unacceptable. If this is how they treat people before moving in, I can’t imagine how terrible it must be to actually live here and try to get real issues resolved. ⚠️ Think twice before applying here. They’ll take your money, disappear, and then ignore you when you try to get help.

I had a very positive experience with Hayley, the building manager at 600 Nottingham Oaks Trail. She was incredibly helpful and responsive when I reported an issue with cockroaches—she took immediate action to resolve the problem. She also arranged for my refrigerator to be replaced quickly, which I truly appreciated. I’m very happy with the quality of service and support Hayley provided. Her professionalism and dedication made a big difference. Thank you, Hayley!

Amazing experience with this new management. I love the attention and quick response when i have a problem at my apartment. I have been living here for almost 2 years and i can say this new management is the best we’ve had. I had a whole year since i moved here without closet doors and other things to be fixed, and the old owners never payed attention to my requests, as soon as this new owner took over they have been resolved. This is the main factor of why we renewed our lease here. Very clean and amazing amenities. If you are looking to move in tell them i sent you. Highly recommend to live. Aside from having one of the best schools next to the complex if you have kids.
