3800 Main

I recently renewed my lease at 3800 Main and wanted to give a huge thank you to Ashley in the leasing office. She made the renewal process smooth and helped answer all my questions, especially with the Essential Housing paperwork. She’s always professional, patient, and willing to help whenever I need anything. I truly appreciate her and the 3800 Main team!

Omg thePOOL has ROACH INFESTATION. They will not get a good exterminator!! We were sitting by the pool when it was getting dark, and all of a sudden roaches WERE RUNNING AROUND THE POOL. Even a few dead ones IN THE POOL. So disgusting!! Don’t live here!! You pay for pool amenities but you’re swimming and sitting WITH ROACHES. Also the gym has a bunch of broken equipment, it’s so dark in there in feels uncomfortable working out in the dark with men around you. (once again you’re paying for gym amenities, but stuff is broken) . The side door stays UNLOCKED a bunch of random scary men walking in the lobby that don’t live there. The other night i saw a group of men doing some kind of drug deal right in the middle of the lobby around midnight. Also residents are allowed to just leave their trash bags in the hallway, Without fines, the hallway just Ends up, smelling like trash. Dont live here. Maintenance men will mark complete your maintenance request without actually fixing it. Don’t live here. It’s supposed to be a luxury apartment but you have ROACHES walking next to you at the pool!!! I don’t have a photo of ALL the roaches running around the pool. We were too busy running away. I only have photos of all the disgusting trash sitting in the hallways for 3 days straight

My experience at 3800 Main has been a blast. From the pool table to the pool and let me not forget the table tennis. The staff are great MR. Derrick and Chris has went far beyond my expectations to making sure everything work smoothly. Oh and I almost forget about the perks each month like movie night, yoga class , raffle , spin the wheel and snacks and yes all free. Thanks 3800 for making this home for me. To anyone who is looking for a fun, friendly and beautiful place to live with a view 3800 Main is it.

I recently moved into 3800 Main, I really enjoy my apartment and view. Ashley helped with the entire application process from start to finish. Any service requests have been handled swiftly. I also enjoy the location & nearby local restaurants.

Experience was a 10/10! Quick and easy. I toured with Ms. Latocha, and she was amazing from start to finish with an amazing attitude! Also, her communication was on point from emails to calls. Any questions I had, she answered, and just know I had a lot of questions, lol. But no, for real, I really like the community so far. A lot of people helped me when I was moving in. So, I recommend 3800 Main St!
