Great experience at Cityscape Apartments! Roshelle, the Assistant Property Manager, is helpful and responsive, and Ariel in leasing is friendly and professional. Sherrell does a great job supporting her team, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for 3 years. Everything was pretty good until the recent change in management. Since April 2025, my water bills and usage have been abnormally high — my bill went from around $50 to nearly $200. Only two people live in my apartment, and the unit is unoccupied Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, so the increase doesn’t match our routine. I reported this to the office, the utility provider Conservice, as well as corporate and have not received a clear resolution or follow-up. I think this property has a problem with water in general as they were on the news July 2025 for flooding and sewage back up. There was also a water leak from the unit upstairs on Christmas Eve that resulted in brown spots on my ceiling which I fear may turn into mildew since no one has come to inspect properly. The management team changed last year, and the responsiveness and customer service has truly gone downhill. If you’re considering this property, ask in writing how they handle water billing disputes and leak remediation to save yourself money and a headache. #thankmelater

I moved in at the end of September and John and the entire staff have been so helpful. I work in property management and this team is top notch from touring to leasing and being a resident. The move in work orders were handled so quickly and the maintenance team kept me in the loop on work orders progress. Such a great community.

It has been 2 months that I am living here. Everything is good and beyond my expectation. The apartment is clean and without any issues. Maintenance time period is between 2-4 days which is not bad. John and Victoria are both nice and helped me and addressed all of my concerns. Thanks management team!

Miss Rose has been great! She’s been supportive since my initial application. I had a maintenance request that was urgent, and she got the maintenance tech to my apartment right away! Victoria, also a gem. She’s so sweet and welcoming and shows a positive attitude. I’ve had pleasant experiences with the leasing staff as well. The residents that I have encountered have been friendly! The apartments are beautiful and can’t beat the location. Highly recommend for anyone searching or considering moving to the area ☺️
