This is one of the best kept secrets in the galleria area, great location, highly efficient management, totally upgraded and great maintenance program, security is number one priority with 68 cameras all over the building, first class landscaping and full city code compliance. I was very impressed with the 180 turn around that this building has accomplished in the last couple of years.

I’ve lived in this building for two years and I was very satisfied with my residence there. The place is always clean, quiet, and well-kept. The amenities are solid, maintenance is quick to respond, and everything seems to be taken care of. But what really makes this place great is Marlene and Finn. They go above and beyond every single time—professional, genuine, and always looking out for residents. They are attentive to the needs of each resident. Their diligence and dedication has made this a great place to live. Marlene is always prompt with an email informing us of any building issues, and most importantly, when we can expect them to be resolved. This attention to detail shows they both actually care about the people who live here, and this is not just job. The concierge team on the front desk is truly outstanding. Outstanding all of the time: days/nights and weekends there is no let down in their level of service. Especially on the weekends, Marvin and his crew’s attention to detail and dedication makes this building a pleasant place to live. They are a huge part of what makes this community feel safe. For the money, I think this building is one of the best kept secrets in the Galleria area. It’s a whole new experience, management is first class, they take care of the residents as family, the maintenance team is very attentive and professional, security is a priority 24 hours. If you’re thinking about moving here, do it—you won’t regret it. I am very happy to have called this place home during my stay in the Galleria.
