Fiona and Monique are always very helpful with anything I need. Anytime ive had a complaint its corrected professionally and quickly. Ive been on the 10th floor for years now. We have security that makes everyone feel safe. A nice pool. And many other nice amenities. Thank you Fiona and Monique.

The place is infested with roaches and is in horrible condition. The management team is awful and care more about profiting off of residents than the actual residents themselves. The building and units have not been well maintained and it is incredibly old. Additionally, the buildings elevators never work and with such high traffic in and out of the building it makes it impossible to move in and out of the complex because there is no freight or service elevator. The entire place reeks of dog pee. Awful experience. Do not live here.

Worst living experience of my life! Do not rent here, listen to the reviews - it’s infested with German cockroaches, two fires since I moved in August of 2024, and the staff is exceptionally unhelpful. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. I have used all kinds of roach killer, as the people they hire to do pest control are completely incompetent and show up whenever. Over the course of a year living here, only one elevator has been functioning—and there is no access to stairs from the first floor other than fire stairs that are locked. When you leave maintenance requests, they just come into your apartment without telling you. For 1,515 - you get a roach infested apartment with semi functional appliances and apartment staff that are trained in, “I don’t know”. Avoid this place at all costs, it’s a scam and not worth the nastiness that lies within. Seriously, you can’t even eat in your apartment due to the roach problem. Overall, a terrible living situation, do not choose this over anything else Houston has to offer.
July 2025
Serious roach issues -- apartment management is not helpful -- usually send exterminators when they get around to it. Exterminators barely touch anything and leave quickly. There has only been one working elevator for the majority of this year -- and once the other one broke -- they finally fixed the first broken one. Again, one working elevator. Laundry room is regularly an issue. Either the driers do not dry all the way or the washers flood. Sometimes the machines are down and the management staff tells me they will get around to calling the company. Management is generally terrible. Very uninterested in helping and usually respond with options that the tenant must take instead of trying to fix situations on their end. Awful -- please reconsider living here as the roach situation alone is not worth the headache

I’ve lived here since July 2022 (almost 2 years) and overall I’ve had a good experience! The staff is friendly. I’ve never had any issues with them. All of my maintenance requests have been completed in a timely manner. I love the interior of my apartment and the view. I like the location, there’s a lot of good places to eat in the area and things to do. I haven’t had any issues with safety while living here. My cons include the pest problem that has seemed to have gotten worse in my apartment. The staff has done a good job on having pest control come regularly but this is still a problem for me (not as bad as it was in the winter). I noticed the price to wash your clothes just increased (this might be beyond the properties control). The walls in my apartment are thin as mentioned in other reviews. There needs to be more guest parking (all of the spots in the front of the building if possible).
